Please do not attach a panic log unless you want us to read it: a log carries your iPhone's serial number and identifiers.
Common questions
Where do I find the panic log?
In Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements › View Analytics Logs (Analytics Data on earlier iOS), in a file whose name starts with panic-full. Type panic-full in the search field at the bottom of the list, if it has one. Open it, tap Share, then DeviceBox. Panic analyzer has a step-by-step guide.
There is no panic-full file in the list.
Then iOS has not recorded a panic since its logs were last cleared. A restart you started yourself, or one caused by an update, leaves none.
DeviceBox says the log matches no rule.
DeviceBox never guesses: a log that matches no rule is reported as unknown, with the codes it found. Updates add rules as public repair sources describe new panics.
Battery health says the file holds no battery data.
The battery figures are in the larger of the day's two analytics files: the one with .000 in its name or, if neither has it, the one with the later time. Share that one. Share iPhone Analytics must be on for iOS to write them.
How do I restore Premium?
Open Settings in DeviceBox and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the Apple Account that bought it. Premium is one purchase; it follows your Apple Account.
Why do I see ads, and what do they know?
Ads keep DeviceBox free. They never receive anything from a log or a result. You can change your ad choices in the app's Settings; Premium removes the ads.
Does DeviceBox send my logs anywhere?
No. Your logs and photos never leave your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy for what ads, analytics and crash reports receive.
